
OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY
At Jaded Island Co., we strive to process and ship your orders promptly via UPS and FedEx. If additional information is required to verify your billing or shipping details, your order may be delayed until we receive confirmation of the necessary information.
We recommend placing your orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your hair appointments, special events, or travel plans to ensure timely delivery, as shipping delays can occur.
Order Processing:

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day after payment is received and verified.

Standard processing time is 9 business days, with an estimated delivery window of 7 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing and delivery times.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if a package is refused, returned, or lost.

Billing and shipping addresses must match.
Signature Required for Delivery:

Packages containing hair extensions require a signature upon delivery. While the courier may leave the package in a secure location (like your mailbox) if it fits, a signature is still required for confirmation of receipt.

If your delivery address has a concierge, mailroom, or front-desk clerk, they are authorized to sign for your package on your behalf.

If no one is available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please contact the courier directly to arrange for re-delivery or pickup of the package. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
Missing Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check areas such as your mailbox, mailroom, concierge, or front desk, where the package may have been left.

If your package remains missing after 48 hours, we recommend contacting the courier directly for additional assistance. You may also track your package on the courier's website using the tracking number.
Returned to Sender:

While we strive to ensure every order is delivered successfully, unforeseen delays (such as weather, holidays, or courier-related issues) may occur.

To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your event. Jaded Island Co. is not liable for any costs or issues related to shipping delays, appointment cancellations, or return requests.

If your package is returned to the sender, we will provide store credit for the entire order amount, minus shipping costs and any applicable discounts. Once the package is returned and processed, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Jaded Island Co. does not offer refunds for returned, abandoned, or refused packages.
RETURNS Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we take great pride in the quality of our hair products. However, if you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted for hair that has remained unaltered in any manner. The hair must be in its natural state—this means no combing, brushing, or finger-raking. If you would like to return your hair, we require photos explaining the reason for the return, which must be sent to us as part of the return process.
Time Frame for Returns: All returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will be processed as store credit within 14 days of delivery. Restocking Fee: An 18% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This will be deducted from the store credit you receive.
Conditions for Returns: The item must be in its original, unaltered condition (no hair manipulation, combing, brushing, or finger-raking). Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, hair that has been washed, colored, or styled.
Return Process: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to provide the reason for return and include any required photos. Your return request must be approved before sending the item back. Once the return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the hair. Upon receiving the returned hair, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the hair minus the restocking fee, taxes, and shipping costs.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, abandoned, or unclaimed, it is not eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned to Jaded Island Co. due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, store credit may be issued for the order amount minus shipping fees, discounts, and taxes. An 18% restocking fee will also be applied.

Store credit will be issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
